Role Overview: As a Manager / Sr. Manager Design at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing design aspects related to Real Estate Construction sites, including high end residential, hotel, and commercial projects. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Architectural design and Construction Project Management to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee design aspects of Real Estate Construction projects - Ensure adherence to high-quality standards and timely project completion - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success - Utilize excellent Presentation & Communication skills to convey design concepts effectively - Apply your experience in Construction Project Management to handle project requirements efficiently Qualification Required: - Must have experience in Real Estate Construction Site, specifically in high end residential, hotel, and commercial projects - A degree in Architectural is mandatory, NICMAR or SPA certification will be an added advantage - Possess excellent Presentation & Communication skills - Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Construction Project Management for Real Estate sites Please note that interested candidates are required to share their updated CV to aayushi@makotohr.net to apply for this position.,
