Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Manager, located in Noida. The Design Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing design projects from conception to completion. The day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their design needs, leading a team of designers, ensuring design standards are met, and coordinating with other departments. The Design Manager will also be responsible for developing creative concepts, reviewing design work, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and present innovative design concepts for corporate and workplace interior projects.

Conduct feasibility studies and define design parameters in line with client requirements.

Prepare detailed design presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.

Manage project design development across all stages, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and presentations.

Oversee quality control and review of design documentation, drawings, and project deliverables.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Provide detailed drawings, transition layouts, and design guidance to support on-site operations.

Travel to project locations for client meetings, coordination sessions, and site reviews as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

5–6 years of relevant experience in Corporate/Workplace Interior Design.

Strong creative sensibility combined with technical expertise to develop projects from concept to completion.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related design software.

Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within defined timelines.

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
