Job Title: Travel Sales Executive – Charter & Tour Packages

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1 to 4 years in Travel Sales (preferably Charter/Tour sales)

AeroPaarth Aircraft Sales & Charters PVT LTD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, promoting, and selling travel packages for CharDham Yatra by helicopter and private charter packages. You will be part of a passionate team that aims to deliver exceptional travel experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries for charter flights, helicopter yatras, and premium tour packages.
  • Convert leads from online platforms, calls, and referrals into successful bookings.
  • Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client requirements.
  • Maintain follow-ups with warm leads and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Promote AeroPaarth's travel packages, helicopter charters, and seasonal promotions across platforms.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of trips.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Design itineraries and costing, and utilize company tools & systems effectively.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in travel sales, tour package sales, or charter travel (air/heli charter sales is a plus).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of domestic travel destinations, especially religious tourism like Char Dham, Kedarnath, Amarnath, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, and online travel platforms.
  • Passion for travel and delivering high-quality service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel sales role (Charter/Heli sales experience will be an added advantage).
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
