JOB DISCRIPTION Develop and maintain relationships with travel industry partners, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other vendors. Understand the features and benefits of various travel products and services in order to effectively promote them. Generate sales leads through cold calls, emails, and other marketing activities. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to maximize profits for the company. Create and update customer profiles in order to better understand their needs and preferences. Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and developments in order to remain competitive. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer data and manage sales activities. Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
