Travel Sales Executive

JOB DISCRIPTION

• Develop and maintain relationships with travel industry partners, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other vendors.
• Understand the features and benefits of various travel products and services in order to effectively promote them.
• Generate sales leads through cold calls, emails, and other marketing activities.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to maximize profits for the company.
• Create and update customer profiles in order to better understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and developments in order to remain competitive.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer data and manage sales activities.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.

• Proven sales experience
• Knowledge of the travel industry
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to use customer service software and other related tools
• Knowledge of geography and international travel regulations
• Creative problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
