Travel Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel and Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves promoting and selling travel services, including holiday packages, hotel bookings, flight tickets, and other travel-related products. You will interact with customers to understand their travel needs, create customized itineraries, and ensure a smooth booking experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, or walk-ins and provide information on travel destinations, tour packages, and pricing.
• Prepare and present customized travel itineraries based on client requirements.
• Promote domestic and international holiday packages to new and existing customers.
• Generate sales through outbound calls, follow-ups, and networking.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors for reservations and confirmations.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records in the system.
• Provide excellent post-booking support and handle any customer concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with new destinations, travel trends, and promotional offers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, tour operations, or related field.
• Freshers can also apply
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
• Sales-driven attitude with a passion for the tourism industry.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Graduate in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or any other background
