IT Fruits is expanding into the USA market and we’re looking for a Digital Marketer who can generate high-quality USA-based leads through organic and paid marketing. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to get results without always relying on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities Organic Lead Generation (MUST-HAVE)

• Generate leads through SEO, LinkedIn outreach, social media engagement, and community building
• Create lead magnets to attract USA prospects
• Post & engage regularly on relevant USA-targeted platforms and groups
• Optimize website and blog for USA audience traffic

Paid Lead Generation

• Run Facebook & Instagram ads targeting USA leads
• Set up and optimize email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Design and improve landing pages for better conversions

Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor and improve CPL, conversion rate, and ROI
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and CRM to measure results

Skills & Tools Required

• Organic lead generation expertise
• Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendinBlue, etc.)
• WhatsApp marketing automation
• Facebook Ads Manager (Lead & Conversion campaigns)
• SEO basics and keyword research
• Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel
• CRM management (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Canva/design skills (basic)

Requirements

• 1–1.5 years of practical experience in lead generation campaigns
• Proven success in organic USA lead generation
• Strong written & spoken English
• Knowledge of both free and paid methods to get leads
