About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the IT services sector. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr and should be comfortable with both office and remote work setups.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelancing platforms

Write custom proposals and bid on relevant projects

Convert inbound and outbound leads into sales opportunities

Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with technical teams for accurate project scoping

Keep up with market trends in web, software, and AI solutions

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of sales experience in the IT services industry is mandatory

Strong understanding of web/app development, SaaS, automation tools, and custom IT solutions

Proven success using platforms like Upwork and Fiverr for client acquisition

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Strong negotiation and closing skills
