Job Overview: Arrotop is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Fresher to join our growing team. You will assist in executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and creating engaging content. Help develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and traffic. Support in the execution of email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Assist in analyzing digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other tools. Collaborate with the design team to create content, graphics, and videos for online platforms. Monitor industry trends and suggest new ideas to enhance the company’s digital presence. Help maintain and update the company’s website, ensuring all content is optimized and up-to-date. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO, social media, content marketing, etc.). Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.). Good written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus. Proficient in managing LinkedIn profiles, optimizing content for engagement, and leveraging LinkedIn's tools for networking, brand building, and lead generation.
