Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To design, implement and manage digital learning solutions that enhance capability development across the organization, ensuring engaging, scalable and impactful learning experiences. The role partners with business and HCM stakeholders to identify learning needs, curate content and leverage technology to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

Develop digital learning content and solutions aligned to business needs, using instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Policies, Processes & Procedures

Ensure digital learning content meets organizational and regulatory needs.

Course uploads, Test creation and Maintenance

Learner Experience

Create or source engaging content to address capability gaps and for delivering best in class digital learning content.

Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies, AI tools and applications to enhance learning impact

People Management

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute engagement campaigns to promote adoption of digital learning initiatives


OPERATING NETWORK

Key interactions which are essential to execute the role. This will include both internal (excluding sub-ordinates) and external stakeholders.
