Job Description

As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Enablement team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer and market needs through user research and discovery.
Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that deliver customer value.
Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and continuous improvement.
Leverage customer feedback and data to optimize existing products and inform new feature development.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

8+ years of experience in product management, focused on platform core services (notifications, alerts, preferences, workflow, document management).
Deep understanding of the product development life cycle for enterprise platforms.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across time zones and business applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex platform concepts.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience designing, developing, and optimizing platform capabilities for multiple business applications.
Familiarity with API-driven architectures, cloud platforms, and integration of platform services.
Prior experience in ficial services, technology, or enterprise platform environments.
Knowledge of compliance, security, and regulatory requirements relevant to platform services.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence).
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on enhancing platform features for enterprise-wide use.
