As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Enablement team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer and market needs through user research and discovery.
  • Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that deliver customer value.
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
  • Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage customer feedback and data to optimize existing products and inform new feature development.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, focused on platform core services (notifications, alerts, preferences, workflow, document management).
  • Deep understanding of the product development life cycle for enterprise platforms.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across time zones and business applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex platform concepts.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience designing, developing, and optimizing platform capabilities for multiple business applications.
  • Familiarity with API-driven architectures, cloud platforms, and integration of platform services.
  • Prior experience in ficial services, technology, or enterprise platform environments.
  • Knowledge of compliance, security, and regulatory requirements relevant to platform services.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on enhancing platform features for enterprise-wide use.
