Digital Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce engaging

  digital assets

  (banners, posters, logos, social media graphics).
• Create

  interactive and animated content

  using Adobe After Effects.
• Develop and maintain

  user interfaces and prototypes

  using Adobe XD.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams to execute design strategies.
• Translate business requirements into high-quality visual solutions.
• Work on

  HTML

  -based emailers, micro-sites, and web banners (basic HTML knowledge required).
• Manage multiple projects efficiently within tight deadlines and

  rotational shifts

🔧 Requirements:

• Minimum

  4 years

  of relevant work experience as a Digital Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in:

• Adobe Creative Suite

  (After Effects, XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Basic HTML

  for web assets
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to deliver creative concepts from ideation to execution.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work (digital banners, logos, posters, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Flexibility to work in

  rotational shifts
