Startup Enrollment Executive

You are a proactive Startup Enrollment Executive responsible for driving startup onboarding in the Startup Synergy ecosystem. Your primary role involves identifying, engaging, and enrolling startups into the platform. To excel in this position, you need to possess strong communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying and approaching potential startups for enrollment into the Startup Synergy ecosystem. - Conducting meetings, presentations, and networking events to showcase the platform's value proposition. - Developing strategies to onboard startups without CSR funding, utilizing partnerships, bootstrapped models, and self-funded enrollments. - Building and nurturing relationships with startup founders, incubators, accelerators, and other ecosystem stakeholders. - Tailoring enrollment strategies based on insights gathered on startup needs. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process. - Keeping records, monitoring progress, and reporting enrollment metrics. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 1-3 years of experience in business development, startup ecosystem, or sales. - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. - An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a passion for startups and innovation. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - The capacity to work independently and achieve enrollment targets. - Prior experience in startup accelerators, incubators, or business development is advantageous.,
