Admission Counselor

Position: Admission Counsellor

Location: Footprints Preschool & Daycare

Joining Date: 27th October 2025

Key Requirements:

? Marital Status: Candidate must be married

? Location Preference: Candidate must live within 1 hour commuting distance from the

office

Job Purpose:

To follow up with potential parents and help convert them into admissions for Footprints

Preschool and Daycare.

Job Responsibilities:

? Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from parents

? Make outbound calls to leads assigned via the system

? Share relevant information about the preschool/daycare services

? Understand and pre-qualify leads (location, interest, profile, etc.)

? Schedule and follow up on visits to the centre

? Document all call interactions and follow-ups in the system (CRM)

? Ensure timely and consistent follow-up for admissions

Work Schedule:

? Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

? Saturdays:

o Work on 2 Saturdays a month

o Get 2 Saturdays off

Qualifications & Skills:

? Education: Graduate (minimum)

? Experience: At least 1 year in customer service or sales

? Skills Required:

o Excellent spoken and written communication

o Active listening skills

o Basic computer knowledge, experience with CRM and Dialer systems
