Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter / Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across creative, production, and digital roles in India and other global hubs. You will work closely with hiring managers, creative leaders, and HRBPs to fill niche and high-volume roles across our studios. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand job requirements and team culture. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative channels. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key production roles (e.g., Art Directors, Motion Designers, Retouchers, Producers, Project Managers, Veeva Operators, etc.). Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate fit. Manage job postings and ensure candidate data is kept up to date in the ATS. Coordinate and schedule interviews, support candidate engagement throughout the process. Track and report sourcing metrics and market insights. Assist with employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
Context: We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our Digital Production Content Factory team for a leading global pharmaceutical client. This role requires deep expertise in bridging communication between our development teams and Japanese-speaking client stakeholders, ensuring accurate understanding, documentation, and delivery of requirements for digital marketing production. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate stakeholder requirement sessions in Japanese to capture detailed business needs for digital content production. Translate Japanese business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams. Review, interpret, and write Japanese content for accuracy and cultural nuance across digital assets. Analyse and document client business processes in Japanese and English to ensure precise understanding by all stakeholders. Verify release configurations for Japanese market deliverables to ensure compliance with local regulations, branding, and linguistic standards. Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality Japanese content delivery. Maintain updated process documentation for Japanese content workflows to improve onboarding and reduce errors. Experience & Skills: Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2) with proven reading and writing expertise . Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English, including negotiation and team collaboration. Proven experience in digital production, marketing content operations, or content factory environments. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, CRM, CDP, Analytics tools). Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a production context, including requirements analysis, release validation, and support. Experience with relational databases and basic SQL commands is an asset. Knowledge of digital marketing in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Proficiency in Agile delivery methods and use case modelling.
