Digital Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex digital projects within set timelines and budgets. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategies for continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects, including risk management, benefits realization, and project impact assessment. - Preparing various strategic and operational documents such as briefing papers, reports, and responses to information requests. - Providing expert advice to stakeholders on project issues and presenting recommendations to support project delivery. - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans. - Working closely with vendors and external partners to establish effective relationships, evaluate vendors, and optimize project outcomes. - Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. - Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. - Facilitating communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. - Conducting regular project status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and successes. - Implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards and business requirements. - Leading post-project reviews to identify key learnings and areas for improvement. - Fostering a collaborative team environment, motivating team members to deliver their best work and achieve project success. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget. - Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, resource management, and handling multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with internal teams and external partners. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, particularly Agile or Scrum practices. - Experience with Salesforce is a must. - Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards throughout project delivery. - A Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, computer science, or a related field is preferred.,
