. Develop and implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects, including risk and contingency management, benefits realization, and project impact and quality measures, to identify and address issues and assess project progress and overall effectiveness in line with Transformation Governance Framework.
. Prepare a range of strategic and operational documents as required, including briefing papers, discussion papers, reports, submissions and responses to information requests
. Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations to support project delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, policy objectives and other project priorities
. Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, designers, and marketing teams, to understand project requirements and define project scope and objectives.
. Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones, to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of digital initiatives.
. Work closely with vendors and external partners to establish effective working relationships, evaluate vendors/partners, negotiate contracts, and optimize project outcomes.
. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve project goals within set financial constraints.
. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives and responsibilities.
. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and successes.
. Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet stringent quality standards and are aligned with business requirements.
. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct testing and validation of digital products before deployment.
. Lead post-project reviews to identify key learnings and areas of improvement for future projects.
. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating team members to deliver their best work and achieve project success.
. Proven experience as a Project Delivery Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.
Knowledge of Salesforce implementation process and methodology.
. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on Agile or Scrum practices.
. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards throughout project delivery.
. Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
