Roles And Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content for clients and JBC’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication across various channels
  • Establish and execute distribution strategy for content across various channels
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
  • Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviours and trends and implement the same into digital and social marketing campaigns
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to brainstorm innovative growth strategies to enhance JBC’s digital presence
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets

Required Skills

  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
  • Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Strong project management and managerial skills
  • Hands-on experience with designing using tools such as Canva, Figma, etc.

Good-to-have Skills

  • Experience in digital, brand, and growth marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and WhatsApp marketing
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Similarweb, etc.
