Digital Content Producer

Experience: 2–3 years

Location: Pune

Language Proficiency: Marathi & English (spoken and written)

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Digital Content Producer with 2–3 years of experience in social media content creation and platform management. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Marathi and English, with a strong understanding of digital storytelling and platform-specific content trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, write, and edit content in Marathi and English, especially for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X

Understand and apply platform algorithms and trends to optimize content reach and engagement

Analyse social media performance using data tools and provide actionable insights

Contribute ideas and research for podcast topics and digital story themes

Work as a producer for podcasts, handling end-to-end coordination

Collaborate with team members across content, design, and tech

Maintain a proactive mind-set, show initiative, and be open to continuous learning

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in podcast production is a strong plus

Ability to pitch and develop story ideas aligned with audience interests

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Familiarity with tools for scheduling, analytics, and basic editing
