Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.
What are we looking for? •Digital Asset Management (DAM) Digital Asset Management ? Experience and understanding of Digital Asset Management. ? Overall 5+ years of experience and 2+ years in working on DAM platforms/content management systems. ? 4+ yrs of experience in stakeholder/management ? Basic to advanced level of excel and presentation skills. ? Excellent communication skills. ? Ability to think strategically.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts ? Prepares end-to-end process documentation and ensures team members understand and follow. ? Attract and retain best talent. ? Conducts new hires induction and introduction to process. ? Ensures complete understanding of self and trains team on end-to-end process workflow of assets on DAM. ? Conducts regular training on process improvements in the team and performs monthly process knowledge tests. ? Performance/Quality Management & Reporting. ? Governance & Internal reporting. ? First point of contact for escalation & resolution for Library team. ? Develop skills within the team by training and development programs. ? Prepares roadmap of knowledge and business growth of team members. ? Maintains team scorecard and guide team on ways of improvement and growth. ? Ensure team undergoes required business trainings ? Highlight potential risks and issues (including platform glitches and solutions with tech team). • ? Subject matter expert of DAM and basic concepts of Pharma Marketing Ops. ? Understand and analyze activities in DAM, assets and market performance. ? Continuous improvement in process and enhance value to drive key business outcome indicators. ? Lead the content Upload / Agency Liaison Team and accountable for the quality, TAT, SLA of the services/digital assets. ? Run day to day operations noiselessly. ? Handles everyday business stakeholder queries smoothly, provides business oriented and viable solutions. ? A thorough understanding of operational matrix. ? Drives initiatives and automation for self and team.
