Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage lead nurturing flows using platforms like Merritto, mapping the entire lead journey and digital touchpoints.
Develop formal pitch decks, branding materials, and other communication assets.
Coordinate between campus teams and external communication channels to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Identify communication gaps across the funnel and establish seamless lead flow through email, WhatsApp, and other digital mediums.
Track engagement patterns, test CTAs, and analyze performance to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with the team to deliver blogs, landing pages, and other digital collaterals.
Understand digital UI/UX principles and work with the team to design user-friendly experiences across channels.
