Product Content - Intern

What we expect from you:

• Ability to expertly craft & package the messaging and positioning within BankBazaar.com across web, mobile & campaign channels
• Write, edit and coordinate content across web, mobile app, campaigns (email, mobile push notifications, SMS, automated voice messaging, WhatsApp, call-centre scripts, blog, etc.)
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, campaign managers and subject matter experts for the creation of multi-platform customer communication
• Be an integral part of teams that create a unified view of all user touch points to ensure that the customer experience is coherent and well designed
• Be the expert on your customers and proactively track, report and analyse defined metrics for customer engagement & conversion to make strategic content changes
• Conceive and develop innovative, creative (even whacky & quirky) content that drives demand and user engagement
• Ability to work independently, smartly and quickly without a constant need for direction & supervision
• Fearlessness to embrace new, challenging projects that may be out of your current skillset!
• Effectively assist Product Managers, Content Managers, Leads, in the rollout of new products & features, right from ideation until implementation
• Ability to produce original human-written content (without the use of AI) while also leveraging the power of AI tools to problem solve

Who you are:

• You LOVE creative writing and want to impact users through impactful and engaging communication.
• You have experience creating and running email campaigns, other B2C, customer-facing communications and website content.
• You possess the ability to grasp and repackage complex topics in a simple, edgy but clear and engaging manner.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people including product leads, designers & various functions across the organisation.
• You have a sharp eye for detail, exceptional command over language, and highly developed organisational skills, including the ability to lead teams.
• You have an ability to multi-task and juggle several urgent content requests without getting flustered, letting quality slip or negatively impacting project timelines.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
• An interest in user-friendly UI/UX design would be appreciated.
