Digital CM Developer - SharePoint SPFX

Job Location:

• Chennai | Bangalore | Pune | Noida | Ahmedabad | Coimbatore | Mumbai | Hyderabad.

Required Experience:

• 4 - 9 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Candidate will be the key executor to the team as a SharePoint Online / SPFx full-stack developer.
• Responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining modern SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx (React + TypeScript), Microsoft Graph & Power Automate.
• Participate actively in the delivery team by taking end-to-end ownership of development activities, including design, development, deployment, DevOps & solution quality.
• Work closely with the Technical Lead to analyze requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions aligned with SharePoint Online governance.
• Build integrations with Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate flows & secure app-based authentication via Azure AD and Azure Key Vault.
• Ability to work effectively and productively in a team environment or independently.
• Drive adoption of new technologies with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Essential Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SPFx (React + TypeScript) and SPFx extensions.
• Practical knowledge of SharePoint Online OOB features, site components & governance considerations.
• Experience with modern front-end tooling: Node.js, npm, Yeoman, Bundlers, etc.
• Strong understanding and hands-on integration experience with Microsoft Graph API and CSOM.
• Experience building Power Automate flows integrating with SharePoint and Graph.
• Working knowledge of Azure App Registrations, secure app-based authentication & secret management using Azure Key Vault.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Service, and Managed Identities for backend API hosting.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage (for deploying console/scheduled jobs or CI/CD pipelines).
• Exposure to Copilot Studio for automation or solution augmentation.

Good to have Skills:

• Experience deploying scheduled/console jobs using containerized environments or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with API-driven architecture and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to automation and conversational workflows using Copilot Studio.

Essential Qualification:

• A bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is required.
