What You’ll Do Design, architect, and implement scalable full-stack applications Own integrations with Microsoft Graph API to connect with Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services Build stunning, responsive, and accessible front-end interfaces using frameworks like ReactJS Define and enforce engineering best practices across the stack, from Git workflows to CI/CD and code quality Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, analytics, and infrastructure teams — often serving as the technical lead on projects Independently scope and execute solutions with minimal oversight, making sound architectural decisions along the way Work with retail data models involving product hierarchies, inventory flows, and omni-channel customer data Deploy and monitor applications in Google Cloud Platform Required Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, including ownership of production-grade systems Practical experience working with the Microsoft Graph API to build rich, cross-platform integrations Proven front-end development expertise in HTML/CSS , JavaScript/TypeScript , and frameworks like React , Vue , or Angular Strong knowledge of REST APIs , secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and integration patterns Experience deploying and operating web applications in Google Cloud with a DevOps mindset Comfortable working autonomously on ambiguous problems, scoping work, and delivering outcomes Excellent communication skills — capable of influencing decisions across tech and non-tech stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the retail or fashion industry , especially with data products involving inventory, pricing, merchandising, or store operations Familiarity with Power Platform or building extensions into Teams or SharePoint UI/UX sensitivity — a passion for performance, accessibility, and design details Exposure to data integration or low-code/no-code platforms is a plus
