Job Description

As a Business Analyst at Schneider Digital, your role is pivotal in analyzing business requirements and translating them into digital solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop a deep understanding of their processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Collaborating with the IT Business Relationship Manager to ensure alignment of IT solutions with business goals. - Developing functional specifications and use cases for IT solutions. - Working with Schneider Digital project teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of solutions. - Performing testing and validation of IT solutions to meet business requirements. - Providing ongoing support to business stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with their needs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Business acumen with a solid understanding of translating business processes into technical solutions. - Technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and infrastructure for effective communication with IT teams and decision-making. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies for driving innovation and improving business outcomes.
