Key Responsibilities

  • Agile/Lean Scrum Expertise

    : Proficient in creating Epics, Features, and User Stories for multi-disciplinary teams, defining business-driven acceptance criteria, and collaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, and Creative teams to deliver digital solutions.
  • Product Backlog Management

    : Work with Product Owners to build and maintain the product backlog using Agile practices, including facilitating backlog refinement sessions for engineering teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    : Engage with stakeholders across Products, GTOM (likely Governance, Technology, Operations, and Management) requirements, internal IT, and QRS (possibly Quality, Risk, or Security) teams during project delivery.
  • Process and Workflow Design

    : Design workflows and process maps for new products or features.
  • Documentation

    : Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) aligned with SSDLC (Secure Software Development Life Cycle), GTOM compliance materials (e.g., Support Models, DPIA Assessments), business cases for initiatives, and training materials/guidance/Knowledge Base articles.
  • Risk Management

    : Identify risks, recommend controls/mitigations via RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Team and Culture Focus

    : Foster an inclusive team culture, support junior resources, build networks with stakeholders/SMEs for effective decision-making, and leverage AI to optimize products and team work.
  • Continuous Improvement

    : Actively review and enhance internal processes.

  • Core Experience

    : Demonstrable background in Business Analysis.
  • Stakeholder Management

    : Skills to build credibility, trust, and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
  • Agile Understanding

    : Knowledge of Agile processes like Iteration/Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews, and Daily Stand-ups.
  • Communication and Analysis

    : Ability to interpret, present, and challenge complex information across organizational levels.
  • Attitude and Mindset

    : "Can-do" attitude, motivation of colleagues, appetite for process improvement, team player mentality, comfort under pressure with multi-tasking, and desire to develop personally and as a team.
