*Qualifications:*

PUC (12th) / Graduate

Work Schedule: US shifts (Evening and Night only)

5-day work week with 2 split days off

*within hiring zone 22 kms*

*Salary Details:*

Non-Voice (Chat Process):

16k to 17,500 in-hand + 5,000 bonus per month (bonus credited in Full & Final Settlement)

Candidates with international customer support experience (with certificate) can earn up to 22,000 plus incentives after meeting production targets.

*Voice Process:*

Contractual Role: 16k to 17,500 in-hand + 5,000 bonus per month (bonus credited in Full & Final Settlement)

Permanent Role:

First 3 months: 22,000

From 4th month onwards: 25,000 take-home + PF + Medical Insurance

Cab facility available at 3,200/month if opted out

For candidates with over 1 year of international voice experience:

First 3 months: 30,000

From 4th month onwards: 33,000 + PF + Medical Insurance

Cab facility at 3,200/month if opted out

Roles and Responsibilities:*

An International Process Job role are assigned to handle the calls and emails from customers in different countries, particularly the U.S, UK, Canada, Australia etc. These jobs include product and service support or technical support in which the customer is calling or sending an email to solve an issue by using the AI-powered tools.
