Digital Acquisition Manager

As a Digital Acquisition Senior Manager within the Technology, Analytics & Digital Banking department, your role will involve leading the growth of the bank's digital businesses through strategic leadership in the Digital Acquisition squads. Your primary responsibilities will include defining digital-first product value propositions, identifying target customer segments, and highlighting product USPs. You will be responsible for acquiring customers through various digital marketing channels such as Performance Marketing, SEO, ASO, Influencer Marketing, and Referral Marketing. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the customer journey funnel through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance conversion rates and eliminate friction points. It will be part of your duty to plan and execute campaigns and journey optimization experiments to ensure consistent business expansion and cost reduction. Furthermore, you will lead policy discussions when necessary to drive better growth outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk management policies in all digital marketing activities. Continuous benchmarking of competition to guarantee a competitive offering by the bank, studying evolving acquisition strategies, channels, and campaigns, and defining end-to-end KPIs for digital business growth will be integral parts of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to track relevant input metrics, collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline processes, provide coaching and mentorship to team members, and identify capability building needs while facilitating skill development programs as required. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA from a premier institution and possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in digital acquisition and marketing strategies.,
