Digital Acquisition Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for enhancing the deposit pool from customers, establishing standards and delivering services, selling non-deposit products, achieving cross-selling targets progressively, selling MF and insurance products, generating fee income, managing branch administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing productivity and overall morale of branch team members, and being overall responsible for break-even and P&L of the branch. Key Responsibilities: - Enhance the deposit pool from customers - Establish standards and deliver services - Sell non-deposit products - Achieve cross-selling targets progressively - Sell MF and insurance products - Generate fee income - Manage branch administration - Ensure regulatory compliance - Oversee productivity and morale of branch team members - Be responsible for break-even and P&L of the branch Qualifications Required: - Overall 6 years of banking experience; out of which 3-4 years in retail liabilities - Must have sales experience and exposure, preferably of liabilities products - Qualifications: MBA/CA/CAIB - Good leadership skills (more tactical than strategic) - In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets, and macro-micro economic processes - Ability to carry along all units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer delight - Liaise with product management team, marketing, and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives.,
