Digital Acquisition Manager

As a Digital Acquisition Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for enhancing the deposit pool from customers, establishing standards for service delivery, and focusing on the sale of non-deposit products. Your key tasks will include meeting cross-selling targets progressively, promoting the sale of mutual funds and insurance products, generating fee income, overseeing branch administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing productivity, and boosting the overall morale of branch team members. You will also play a crucial role in achieving break-even and managing the profit and loss of the branch. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in the banking sector, with a focus on retail liabilities for at least 3-4 years. Sales experience, particularly with liabilities products, is essential. Additionally, candidates with an MBA, CA, or CAIB qualification will be preferred. Strong leadership skills are crucial, with an emphasis on tactical decision-making. A balanced approach between thinking and doing (40:60) is highly valued. You must demonstrate an in-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets, and macroeconomic processes. Your ability to collaborate with all units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer delight will be key to success in this role. Furthermore, you will be required to liaise with the product management team, marketing departments, and other centers and verticals for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives.
