Role Overview As Sr. Manager, Product – Voice AI, you will own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for integrating voice technologies into BTN’s AI platforms. You will partner with engineering, AI/ML teams, and business stakeholders to design and launch voice-driven features (voice search, natural conversation, real-time meeting prep, multilingual capabilities, etc.) that help our customers (wineries, distilleries, breweries, and CPG suppliers) use AI more intuitively. This is both a strategic and execution role — you’ll define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and ensure successful delivery of voice-enabled features. Key Responsibilities Define the Voice AI product strategy and roadmap, aligned with BTN’s AI platforms. Work closely with AI/ML engineers on speech recognition, text-to-speech, and natural language understanding use cases. Translate business goals into voice product experiences.
