Roles & Responsibilities for AI Developer

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Research and explore new AI/ML techniques and technologies.
• Integrate third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Dialogflow, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI) into web or software applications.
• Develop intelligent workflows, chatbots, and automation systems based on predefined logic.
• Build and test AI chat interfaces or recommendation flows using no-code/low-code AI platforms where needed.
• Train and optimize AI/ML models on large datasets.
• Evaluate and improve the performance of AI/ML models.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to create high-quality datasets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of AI/ML.
• Mentor and guide developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Skills for AI Developer

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in web/software development with AI integration and Strong programming skills in Python.
• Basic understanding of NLP and AI automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, React.JS or Node.js (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, Docker, testing, and CI/CD. Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
