Dialer Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Dialer & Campaign Management:

  Lead the end-to-end setup, management, and optimization of outbound, inbound, and blended campaigns. This includes configuring dialing ratios, lead recycling, and list management to maximize agent productivity.

• SIP & PRI Configuration:

  Configure and maintain

  SIP trunks

  and

  PRI lines

  to ensure seamless voice connectivity. You will be responsible for trunk load balancing, troubleshooting carrier-related connectivity issues, and ensuring high-quality voice termination.

• Dialer Administration:

  Should have expertise in handling known diallers like Aspect , Nice etc. Should have handled at least one of Asterisk-based platforms in the past. Responsibilities include writing/modifying dial plans, managing AGI scripts, and performing server-side maintenance and updates. Querying dialer database for validating the data reflecting in reports.

• IVR Development & Troubleshooting:

  Design, implement, and manage complex

  Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

  flows. You will monitor call flows to identify bottlenecks and resolve technical glitches in real-time.

• International Campaign Operations:

  Manage technical requirements for

  international campaigns

  , including time-zone management, compliance with international dialing regulations and CLI (Caller Line Identification) management.

• Technical Troubleshooting:

  Provide support for all dialer-related issues. Use network tools (like Wireshark) to analyze SIP headers and packets to resolve audio issues, call drops, or latency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  Minimum 45 years of dedicated experience as a Dialer Engineer .

• Technical Proficiency:

  Advanced knowledge of dialer functionality , Asterisk, working on Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu), and MSSQL/MySQL for database management.

• Networking:

  Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, RTCP) and network troubleshooting.

• Analytics:

  Ability to generate and interpret reports to provide actionable insights for campaign performance.
