As an Outbound Call Management Specialist, your role involves efficiently operating and managing an automated dialing system to contact prospects and customers. You will also be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth transfers to the relevant department. Following specific call scripts is crucial to maintain consistency and accuracy in the information delivered to customers. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Operating an automated dialing system for outbound calls - Handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and transferring calls - Following specific call scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy - Updating and maintaining customer information and call records in the database - Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations - Monitoring call metrics and performance, generating reports for management review - Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve call targets and improve customer satisfaction Qualifications required for this role: - High school diploma or equivalent, a degree in communications or related field is a plus - Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred - Proficiency in using automated dialing systems and CRM software - Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively - Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to multitask effectively - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new processes and technologies Additional skills that would be beneficial include: - Patience and resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude - Keen attention to detail for accurate data entry and call scripting - Basic sales skills, especially in telemarketing or sales-related roles This position requires a Full-time commitment and the work location is in person.,
