Role & responsibilities

end-to-end HR operations

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
  • Handle employee relations and engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 12+ years of experience in HR Generalist functions, preferably within the Manufacturing sector, with a strong focus on Textile, Garments, or Apparel industries.

Skilled in driving end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, and payroll administration.

Proven ability to implement HR policies, foster employee engagement, and support organizational growth.
