Job Description

Managing Unscheduled Downtime
Ensuring minimal machine breakdowns and unexpected stoppages while maintaining consistent production flow.
Optimizing Production Efficiency
Continuously improving productivity while reducing operational costs and maintaining quality standards.
Manpower Management & Skill Development
Training and developing a team of 40-50 employees while ensuring effective workforce utilization.
Adapting to Technological Advancements
Implementing new technologies and production methods to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensuring Quality & Compliance
Maintaining stringent quality standards and compliance with industry regulations in a high-speed production environment.
Inventory & Material Management
Efficiently handling raw materials, warehousing, and minimizing wastage to optimize costs.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Utilizing production metrics, SAP, and analytics to drive continuous improvements and resolve operational challenges.
Managing Attrition
Addressing workforce retention challenges by fostering a positive work culture, implementing employee engagement strategies, and ensuring job satisfaction.
Handling Multiple Stakeholders from Multiple Countries
Coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams from various countries, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth communication across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.

SAP PM and MM experience is MANDATORY.
