Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive health and safety programs across the organization.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and MSHA.
Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture in a high-production, fast-paced environment.
Ensure consistent safety compliance across multiple departments and shifts.
Manage strategy and execution of safety programs, aligning with organizational objectives.
Identify potential hazards and implement risk management strategies to prevent incidents.
Oversee incident management, including investigation, reporting, and implementation of preventive measures.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for compliance and regulatory requirements.
