DGM Leasing - Pune Job Overview: The Leasing General Manager will be responsible for end-to-end leasing operations, with a focus on understanding product-market fit, managing channel partner relationships, and ensuring timely leasing of office spaces to corporate clients. This role also supports marketing and sales efforts and is ideal for someone who is both analytical and relationship-driven. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product & Market Analysis Develop a deep understanding of the available inventory across locations and the evolving requirements of corporate clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, demand patterns, and opportunities for product enhancements. Provide insights and feedback to the business development and product teams to refine offerings based on market needs. 2. Channel Partner Management Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with channel partners including brokers, property consultants, and corporate real estate professionals. Act as the primary liaison between GIAPL and its channel partners, ensuring alignment on goals, availability, and pricing. Represent GIAPL at industry events, expos, and networking forums to build brand awareness and generate leads. 3. Leasing Operations Manage the complete leasing cycle from lead generation to client onboarding. Ensure timely and efficient leasing of inventory at proposed rates. Conduct site visits, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with legal and facilities teams to close deals. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, inquiries, and conversions. 4. Marketing & Sales Support Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, site activations, and promotional events. Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials including brochures, pitch decks, and digital content. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads generated through digital and offline channels. Qualifications & Skills: Masters degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field. 810 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, leasing, or channel sales preferred. Strong understanding of real estate markets and trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Reporting to: Principal Leasing
