We are urgently looking for DGM Land& Legal for one of the Synergy Industry at Ahmedabad Location.

We are seeking an accomplished Land Acquisition & Legal Professional to lead our land procurement

operations across Gujarat and Rajasthan. This is role requiring deep expertise in renewable energy land

acquisition, regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing large

scale land parcels for utility – scale solar and wind projects while ensuring complete legal and technical

due diligence.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law or engineering (Civil & Electrical Preferred)

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Gujarati (written & spoken)

• Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word)

• Professional Email Drafting and business correspondence

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for land parcel mapping and layout design

• Proficient in Google Earth Pro for site identification and preliminary assessment

• Familiarity with GIS mapping tools (Preferred)

Experience Requirements

Mandatory Criteria

(Non – Negotiable)

• Total Experience: 8 – 10 years minimum in Renewable Energy sectors

Industry Background:

• Must have worked exclusively in Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind/Hybrid/Battery Energy

Storage Systems)

• Experience with IPPs (Independent Power Producers) Renewable Energy Developers or EPC

Companies

Quantifiable Achievements

• Minimum 4,000 acres of land for utility – scale solar projects (25-50 MW+ capacity)

• Successfully acquired land for minimum 500 MW of wind energy projects

• Completed end- to – end land acquisition including identification, negotiation, documentation

and handover

• 100% legal due diligence completion before handover

• Zero dispute or title defects post-acquisition

• 95% + Customer satisfaction rating from IPPs and lenders

Financial Metrics:

• Achieve land acquisition within approved budge

• Optimize cost per acre while maintain quality standards

• Ensure 100 % payments collection from customers within agreed timeline

• Obtain all necessary approval (GEDA, GETCO, MOD,AAI) within standard timelines

• Zero noncompliance issues or legal disputes

• Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory changes
