DGM Finance & Accounts

Prerana Motors Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, a reputed and well-established TATA Motors dealership with multiple branches in the state, is looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager – Finance & Accountsto lead and oversee the core accounting & financial operations of all group entities. The position reports to the GM-Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting and cash flow management of divisions
• Unit and division-wise budget planning, expense controls, variance & profitability analysis
• GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance with Audit coordination
• Up-to-date monthly and quarterly P&L, financial analysis & reporting
• Fixed and current assets management
• Funds management and banking relations
• Year-end finalisation of accounts and balance sheet
• Assist superior in all finance matters of the group
• Other related matters from time to time.

Requirements

• CA / CMA with 15–18 years of experience in Service & Retail sector
• Strong accounting, compliance, ERP/ DMS and Excel skills
• Proven team-leadership with experience in handling operations across multiple branches in various locations.
• Fluency in Kannada and English compulsory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
