Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DevOps Tech Lead based in Noida. The DevOps Tech Lead will oversee the implementation and management of infrastructure as code (IaC), lead efforts in enhancing continuous integration workflows, and support software development processes. Responsibilities include system administration, facilitating seamless software deployments, and supporting Linux-based systems. Operational leadership and coordination within the development and operations teams will be pivotal to ensure reliability and performance of technology platforms.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and techniques, along with experience in automating infrastructure deployment and management.
Strong skills in Software Development and Continuous Integration to oversee code delivery pipelines and improve development efficiency.
Experience in System Administration, including managing servers and ensuring system reliability and performance.
Expertise in Linux system configuration, troubleshooting, and management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with relevant industry certifications being an added advantage.
