Role Overview: As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Uffizio Group, you will play a crucial role in leading our DevOps culture to the next level. We are seeking a proactive and ownership-driven individual who can identify improvements, drive continuous innovation in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, logging, and monitoring, and demonstrate strong leadership qualities to guide a DevOps team effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. - Automate deployments across multi-cloud and AWS environments. - Enhance observability by improving monitoring, alerting, and logging mechanisms. - Lead the team in incident management and Root Cause Analysis. - Develop a comprehensive DevOps roadmap aimed at enhancing reliability and performance.
