Job Description

Job Summary:

DevOps Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).
Troubleshoot issues related to builds, deployments, and infrastructure and provide timely resolution.
Support containerization platforms and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Manage and support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure automated testing, deployments, and release processes run smoothly.
Perform root cause analysis for incidents and suggest long-term fixes.
Monitor system performance, logs, and metrics using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or CloudWatch.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Working knowledge of container technologies (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including provisioning, scaling, and monitoring services
