DevOps Lead

The role requires you to lead a DevOps team in order to improve coordination between operations, development, and testing functions by automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes. Your responsibilities include driving technical solutions for continuous integration and deployment of technology, designing DevOps architecture, selecting tools and platforms, creating deployment models, managing IT infrastructure, and overseeing the DevOps pipeline. You will also need to integrate security throughout the dev-ops lifecycle to ensure data privacy and cybersecurity. Additionally, you will provide customer support on DevOps tools, troubleshoot problems, conduct root cause analysis of incidents, and develop alternative solutions. You are expected to provide knowledge transfer, share best practices with the team, and motivate team members. In terms of team management, you will be responsible for forecasting talent requirements, hiring the right resources, training team members, ensuring compliance with onboarding and training standards, and managing performance through goal setting and performance reviews. You must also focus on employee satisfaction and engagement by leading initiatives, tracking satisfaction scores, challenging the team with enriching projects, and recognizing employee contributions.
