Job Summary:

ConcertIDC is looking for a DevOps Lead Engineer with 8+ years of experience to lead and manage our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and Helm, with a strong background in automating deployments, improving CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring infrastructure scalability and reliability. Certifications in both Azure and AWS are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and other Kubernetes clusters.
• Create, maintain, and manage Helm charts for efficient Kubernetes deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of cloud environments across Azure and AWS.
• Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Enforce and monitor compliance, security best practices, and cloud governance policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote DevOps culture and drive engineering excellence.
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers and participate in technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Automation.
• Expertise in Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including services like AKS, EKS, networking, and identity management.
• Mandatory certifications:
• o Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or equivalent
• o AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s) and Helm charts for container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Solid experience with Docker, container registries, and orchestration practices.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security, networking, and governance best practices.
• Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
