Job Title: Lead API Developer – DevOps

Job Overview

Lead API Developer


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage APIs for cloud resource automation and integration
  • Design and implement cloud platforms and landing zones on AWS/Azure
  • Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible
  • Lead Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) setups and controller development
  • Work with Crossplane to enable modern platform engineering
  • Implement CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub, and Groovy
  • Collaborate across teams to drive DevOps and cloud automation best practices

Required Experience

  • 12–15 years in IT with 8+ years in AWS/Azure environments
  • 5+ years in API development for cloud automation
  • 8+ years of hands-on IaC experience (Terraform, Ansible)
  • 4+ years in Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), including controller development
  • 2+ years working with Crossplane or equivalent tools
  • Strong DevOps experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and scripting
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
