Job Title: DevOps Engineer / SRE. Location: Pune, Maharashtra. Experience: 4 to 15 years. Education: BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field. Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred. About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and programming, with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and system reliability. This role is ideal for engineers from product-based companies, edtech/e-learning platforms, or emerging tech startups who are ready to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and other modern DevOps tools. Deploy, monitor, and scale infrastructure using Kubernetes and Terraform. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth code deployments and system reliability. Work with multiple programming languages (at least 3 among Python, Java, TypeScript, or Ruby on Rails) for automation and scripting. Maintain and query relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL, SQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, or DBL. Apply Regular Expressions (regex) for log analysis, validation, and text processing tasks. Optional: contribute to front-end/backend development using React or Node.js. Must-Have Skills: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (especially GitHub Actions, Argo CD). Strong command over AWS or Azure cloud platforms. Proficiency in at least three of the following: Python, Java, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails (ROR). Strong understanding of SQL/PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and other relevant data technologies. Solid grasp of regular expressions (regex) for automation and scripting tasks. Good to Have: Exposure to React or Node.js development. Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools. Preferred Background: Experience working in product-based companies, eLearning/edtech platforms, or emerging technology startups.
