Job Description

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Production Support
: Provide support with a focus on Azure environments.
Azure Infrastructure
: Own and manage monitoring, performance, deployment, SLAs, and SLOs.
CI/CD Pipeline Management
: Expertly manage pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab, Terraform, and ARM templates.
Azure Networking & Security
: Implement and manage NSGs, subnets, firewalls, RBAC, Key Vault, and managed identities.
Reliability
: Own and manage logging, monitoring, alerting, and auditing using Azure Monitor, log analytics, and Data Factory. Define governance, structure, and scaling strategies (Azure Auto Scale).
Azure Data Lake
: Manage and optimize Azure Data Lake.
API Failures & Debugging
: Handle API failures, Azure functions, logs, and debugging.
Incident Management
: Respond to incidents, manage troubleshooting, and optimize resource utilization.
Collaboration
: Assist data engineers with code promotions and data pipeline & storage.
Performance Tuning
: Responsible for performance tuning.
Incident Handling
: Fix all infrastructure incidents.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in production support, specifically with Azure.
Expertise in CI/CD pipeline management and automation tools.
Strong knowledge of Azure networking and security practices.
Proficiency in monitoring and performance tools within Azure.
Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with data engineers and other team members.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Azure Data Lake and Data Factory.
Familiarity with Azure Auto Scale and scaling strategies.
Strong understanding of governance and structure within Azure environments.

This position pays $15/hr USD
