DevOps Engineer

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS to support scalable and reliable applications.
• Manage and support on premise infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Nexus, and SonarQube.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or Go to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Implement cloud security best practices, including network security, access controls, and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to enable smooth and agile software delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualificatio

• nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• .Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.) are preferred

• ls8 - 12 years of relevant experien
• ceStrong understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture
• s.Good knowledge of on premise infrastructure setup and managemen
• t.Hands on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Nexus, and SonarQub
• e.Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormatio
• n.Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestratio
• n.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or G
• o.Solid understanding of networking concepts, cloud security principles, and best practice
• s.Experience with version control systems, especially Gi
• t.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologie
• s.Strong problem solving skills, collaboration abilities, and a continuous learning mindse
