About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

DevOps Engineer

for a short-term contractual engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure on

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

, with strong skills in

Kubernetes

App Engine

Cloud Run

, and

MongoDB

. You’ll work closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth deployments, scalability, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize GCP infrastructure, including App Engine, Cloud Run, and Kubernetes clusters.
Automate deployment processes, monitoring, and scaling for production environments.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications and databases.
Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve release efficiency.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement proactive fixes.
Maintain and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring proper backups and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.
Strong expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services — App Engine, Cloud Run, and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in MongoDB administration and optimization.
Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and infrastructure automation.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and best practices for microservices deployment.
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
